HealthWave: Block or Opt-Out from Emailing Patients

By using the Additional Filtering feature, you can configure HealthWave to exclude certain patients based on their individual data. For example, if your practice management software kept track of patients who have been confirmed for their appointment and those who have not, and exported this data on the file that HealthWave imports, then you exclude the patients with a "confirmed" status and only contact patients with a "not confirmed" status. To find out if your data file is compatible with this feature, please contact PhoneTree Client Support using our Contact Support form  .
